Hi, my name is Trever Wagner and I am the owner of PhysioLife 605 in Harrisburg, SD. I wanted to open a physical therapy clinic that provides the community a safe haven and family oriented atmosphere for anyone seeking physical therapy services. PhysioLife 605 exists to ensure patients recover safely and efficiently from their acute or chronic pain, injury, or post-surgical rehabilitation process by optimizing movement and providing the highest level of independence for our patients. I chose the Harrisburg community as I believe this area has that small town feel and camaraderie to it. I believe it is a great community to grow a business as the Sioux Falls and surrounding area continue to expand. I am excited to be a part of this community and look forward to serving patients throughout the surrounding area with any physical therapy needs!
